Initial Visit
After initial discussions, if you would like to take the next step, Milly will arrange a meeting with the client and/or family in the home. At this stage, the level of care will be discussed, as well as anything else that will help us to understand your needs and priorities. From this visit, a comprehensive Care Plan is compiled, to share with your suggested care team.
Meet and Greet
The next step will be for Milly to bring selected staff to meet the client/family prior to our first shift. The staff will be briefed on your needs prior to this visit. This is also an opportunity for staff to ask questions, and to familiarise themselves with the client and their home.
Initial visit cost is $250.00 + GST, mileage is additional
Mileage is charged to cover each Carer attending the Meet and Greet

The above rates are before GST.
Public Holidays are charged at double time.
If staff are required to be up all night, the usual day-time hourly rate will be charged.
Shifts are a minimum of 3 hours, which allows adequate time for respite. There are no standard start or finish times.
Mileage is charged at the current rate of $1.04 per kilometre. This is covering mileage to and from our clients' home. We do our best to provide Carers that live near the client. However, this will come down to availability and the right match of staff.
If Milly is required to provide support, take clients to appointments or provide follow-up, there may be an additional charge for her services. You will be advised of this at the time.
