Initial Visit
After initial discussions, if you would like to take the next step, Milly will arrange a meeting with the client and/or family. At this stage, we discuss the level of care required, and anything else that will help us to understand your needs and priorities.
Initial visit cost is $250.00 + GST, mileage is additional.
Meet and Greet
The next step would be for Milly to bring selected staff to meet the client/family prior to our first shift.
Mileage is charged to cover each Carer who attends on this day.

If staff are required to be up all night, the usual day-time hourly rate will be charged.
Shifts are a minimum of 3 hours, which allows adequate time for respite. There are no standard start or finish times.
Mileage is charged at the current rate of $1.04 per kilometre. This is covering mileage to and from our clients' home. We do our best to provide Carers that live near the client. However, this will come down to availability and the right match of staff.
If Milly is required to provide support, take clients to appointments or provide follow-up, there may be an additional charge for her services. You will be advised of this at the time.

Public Holidays are charged at double time.
